From your first request to the deposit refund, every handoff is explained before you pay.

We confirm the route
A person checks stock, hotel parcel acceptance, delivery timing, and the return plan. We then email an itemised quotation and payment instructions.

Pay after confirmation
Complete payment by the stated deadline. Your payment includes rental, shipping, and the refundable $30 deposit per bottle.

Receive before the trail
We normally arrange the parcel to be waiting at the confirmed location by the night before your rental begins. Inspect the canister and report any issue before use.

Read, watch, carry
Watch the handling videos and read the manual. Do not test-fire the rental canister. Keep it in the supplied holster where you can reach it immediately.

Return with the supplied kit
Place the unopened canister and holster in the box, attach the supplied Yamato cash-on-delivery slip, and hand it to the confirmed hotel desk or eligible convenience store.

Deposit refund
After the canister is returned unopened, unactivated, undamaged, and not lost, the $30 deposit per bottle is refunded through the payment method used.
